1:48 pm - 7.7.7.
This week hasn't been that bad:
Went to a real Kwik-E-Mart (x9)
Got George Carlin's autograph, and held a conversation with him
Met David Hasselhoff
Met Eddie Griffin

The last 2 were in the same day.

Fuck Virginia Tech, and the people that died.

EDIT #1: Don't get me wrong. I am not saying what happened there wasn't horrible, but I don't think people should be making such a big deal about this ONE thing.

2:39 pm - Do You...
Believe in coincidences?

Ok, now that I am out of that funk, let's move on to something a bit more like me.

I need to get a new hobby. What I really need is a new job. A new hobby would be nice though. I also think I need some more friends, or maybe meet back up with some old ones. I think that would be nice. I do have a few in mind.

I think I need some closure from my childhood. Which is the weird thing for me to say. I can barely remember my childhood, and yet, inside I feel I have unfinished business. It isn't a pressing urge, but it does bother me a bit.

I'm lost in my own head right now, so I'll get back to you when I am sane.

7:54 pm - Bike
Someone stole the pedals off my bike. Totally not cool. I had to walk all the way home from work. I would have been less mad if someone had stolen the whole bike, then I wouldn't have had to carry the whole thing home.

I saw Pan's Labrynth and Music & Lyrics this week. I would definetly recommend the former, unless you are a guy trying to get into a girls pants then the latter is my suggestion.

I got some new furniture for my room, so it is a bit more organized now. It is nice to finally have more places to put all my shit. I don't feel so cluttered.

Yesterday was fun. I baked Nicole brownies and then cut it into a heart, I'll post some pictures of it later. I got off cheap this year, I only got her Yoshi's Island for DS and a single long stem rose (which was still $6 each), and she was happy.

I love Extras and I DEMAND you all watch it. I'm off now to enjoy the one night I actually watch TV:
Smallville
My Name Is Earl
The Office
ER

Tata =]

10:20 am - April 8th!
I had this really weird dream. It made me really mad, and even though I kept telling myself it was only a dream, I could still kind of feel the anger when I woke up. I have never felt anything like this before. I kind of wish I could "tap into it". Hmpf

So today is Superbowl Sunday! I bought food, and then all the sudden the one person I was counting on showing up to eat it with me is gone, and Nicole is out dirt bike riding today. This sucks.

I finally got a complete promotion at my job. It wasn't as satisfying as I had hoped, but it was something special.

I feel like I don't really have someone I can really talk to about deep shit, or maybe it isn't that deep, but it is shit I can't talk about with "other" people. I might be missing that person in my life. What is weird is since I know that this person is "missing", I am not sure if they were there before, or even if or why they left. This puts me on a train of many questions about myself and my life. Which sucks because I do not have the answers to any of these questions.

I am going to let that stew for a while. I will probably think of some more, but I will be too lazy to get back to this. Wish me luck, and pray I don't succumb to the lazy side of me.... which is actually both sides.

P.S. Sopranos AND Entourage start on April 8th.

current mood: Fuck it is cold for SoCal

I promised myself I would at least attempt to make a post today. Though, this isn't as satisfying as I hoped, it is a little bit of something.

5:20 pm - You are allowed to call me an asshole.
It has been a while. I know. It is my fault. Do you really want excuses? Or would you prefer we skip all the fighting and finger pointing (even though in one of the last sentences I admitted it was me), and pick up like I never left? I think that sounds good.

I saw Smokin' Aces last night around 12:15am at my work. I went in with slightly mediocre expectations, and was actually blown away. There were a few moments that I felt needed help, but it was surprising better then the previews made it look. I am going to save you a long personal review, and leave it at that.

Work is boring, but they are finally moving me up. I think work is the main reason why I haven't been here in a while. I think they (management) want me to make a career out of this job, this I definitely do not want. I feel I might have given them this impression. I wont lie, I've been trying to move up, but they are taking it way too far. Hmmm...whatever.

Tomorrow I am going to see the monster trucks at Anaheim Stadium, that will be fun.

Blues music has taken over my life, but that doesn't mean I don't listen to anything else. I am just really into blues. It is kind of sad, when you think about the situation that the state that some music is in. Shane, a manager at my job, and I agree that the mainstream has killed off the blues, and it might be a very long time before it comes back, if that ever does happen. On that note, my cousin, a friend of his and I are trying to start an old school blues band. So keep an eye out.

Honestly, did anyone really miss me?

I didn't think so, but that isn't what's important.

12:16 pm - I guess I'll stick to the classic until then.
It is hard to find good new music now-a-days. I know there is good stuff out there, but not much that will be considered "classic" in twenty-plus years.

9:17 am - God damn it.....
Right when I get happy with my 60gb iPod they go and make an 80. I have over 75gb of shit, yet, I am forced to carry around only 60. I am glad that Apple is continuly updating the iPod, but when they don't have a program to help people like me upgrade, I get mad. I am so pissed that they did that. This is why everytime I buy a new one, I always know I am going to get pissed off sooner or later. FUCK!

P.S. The new Shuffle looks like the radio-remote for the iPod videos.

current mood: pissed off
